Damilola Adeyanju is a Systems Programme Manager at the Climate Group, working within the Energy Systems team to advance building decarbonisation and energy efficiency across Europe. She led the flagship Renovation Revolution project — an industry report endorsed by former European Commissioner for Energy, Kadri Simson, and later referenced in the IRENA Buildings Renovation Toolkit. A Chartered Energy Manager, Global Future Energy Leader with the World Energy Council, and EU Climate Pact Ambassador, Damilola brings deep expertise in renewable energy systems, storage technology, and market design. She has been recognised by Enlit Africa, the Enlit Power Women Series, and African Outlook Magazine for her leadership in advancing equitable energy access and climate innovation.
