Dorothy works with the Community Research and Development Company, a non governmental organisation based in Abuja.

She graduated from the University of Benin with a Bachelor of Laws in 2007 and thereafter proceeded to the Nigerian Law School.

She joined the Community Research and Development Centre in 2018 as a Project Officer and has been actively involved with the various projects and activities of the organisation.

She is currently the Programs Director of the Organisation.
